What Is Save and Select?
Save and Select is the Henry Colbeck Customer Loyalty Scheme.
How does it work?
All customers of Henry Colbeck are automatically included in the scheme, there is no need to register. Over 600 of our products have Save and Select Points. Every time these products are purchased, points are added automatically to customers' accounts.*
What Can Points be Exchanged For?
Save and Select Points can currently be exchanged for Marks and Spencers Vouchers, Love2Shop High Street Vouchers and Sainsbury’s Vouchers. Every year we have a fantastic Christmas promotion and we are always looking at ways to expand the scheme.
Save and Select Points
Twice a year we post out Save and Select statements to customers giving information about the number of points they have. Every delivery note we send out gives details of the number of Save and Select Points available. Our sales managers and telesales personnel can also give customers their points total.
Redeeming Points
Customers can redeem their points at any time throughout the year. This can be done by filling in the form in the Save & Select brochure which is posted out with the statements. This form can then be posted back, faxed to us or handed to one of our sales managers. Points can also be redeemed by filling in the on line form.
Receiving Vouchers
All vouchers are posted out by either Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery. They will therefore need a signature on delivery
Earn Extra Save and Select Vouchers
Customers who pay by Direct Debit receive an extra 500 Save and Select Points EVERY YEAR for each account they have which is settled by this method of payment. That's the equivalent of £20.00 worth of vouchers EVERY YEAR just for paying by Direct Debit. Not only that, as Save & Select Points are awarded when invoices are paid on time it also means that customers on Direct Debit never miss out on any Save and Select Points.
