Fish and Chips Trade Show What’s Cooking? 2023
Henry Colbeck will be hosting its annual trade exhibition, ‘What’s Cooking?’ on the 26th of March 2023 in the beautiful spa town of Harrogate – make sure to save the date! The show, at the Yorkshire Event Centre, will look to build on what was our most successful and well attended ‘What’s Cooking?’ event ever last time in 2022. The trade show will feature exclusive promotions and fantastic products for you to taste and try from many of your favourite suppliers! Additionally, there will be opportunities to network with other fish friers, the media, and other members of the trade.

Fish and chips trade show ‘What’s Cooking?’ will be an invaluable chance to meet great suppliers where you’ll not only get to try other items from their ranges, but also be able to find out more information and techniques to grow your business. You’ll have the ideal chance after linking with existing suppliers to meet the new suppliers you may not have met with before; a fantastic chance to discover different items to complement your menu.

What’s Cooking? is a complete fish and chips exhibition but it’s not only for Fish & Chip Shops, but also takeaways, restaurants and any catering and hospitality businesses. Anyone interested in products that include frying oils and fats, fish, a world of frozen foods, batter flours, pizza products, packaging, equipment and cleaning materials will find the show extremely beneficial.
Manufacturers and suppliers of packaging, oils & fats, frozen at sea fish, equipment, frying ranges and frozen foods (and more) will be flocking in from across the UK and Europe to attend the Harrogate based fish and chips trade show.
The fish and chips trade show has always been very well attended by our customers from both Scotland and England, the event also attracts great interest from potential new customers and suppliers and in 2022 our Edinburgh show had a record attendance, in 2023 we want to beat that.
