Colin Cromar; owner of The Fish Hoose and Cromar’s, has been co-opted onto the NFFF Board as Regional Director for Scotland.
Colin first started in the industry in 1984 when he started a summer job and has since co-owned and worked in a number of fish & chip shops including:
Anstruther Fish Bar, Frying Scotsman, Tail End, Cromar’s Fish & Chips and The Fish Hoose.
Colin and his wife Trish Cromar, opened The Fish Hoose in 2017 and have since been awarded with the NFFF Quality Award and have gained MSC certification.
Colin will act as the first point of contact for any NFFF members in Scotland in need of any advice or guidance.
Speaking about his recent appointment, Colin Cromar, Regional Director for Scotland said
“As Regional Director for Scotland I will be on hand to assist our Scottish members and I look forward to working with you and helping to protect and promote fish and chips across the UK and in Scotland”.
