42nd Street Beefburgers are superb tasting beefburgers when deep fried, grilled or char-grilled.

 

Cook from frozen.

Deep fry for 4-6 minutes at 180oC.

Heat griddle to 200oC. Cook for 10- 12minutes turning frequently.
