These frozen doughballs are specifically designed to make an authentic American style deep pan pizzas. Simply defrost overnight. Each doughball will make a 12″ (30cm) Deep Crust Pizza. Simply defrost the required number of doughballs overnight ( min 8 hours ) on a tray 2 inches apart, covered and in a fridge. Pin out dough to the required size and place in baking tray, then leave in a warm place until the base has risen to the required size. Cook and serve when the cheese starts to brown and the crust goes crispy. These handy premade doughballs are really versatile. Although they can be used for pizza bases, you can also use them to make garlic bread, tear ‘n’ share, calzones, mini doughballs and even foccacia! Suitable for vegetarians.
