Seafish, in conjunction with The Caterer are running the 2018 Seafood Restaurant of the Year Competition - seeking to find, and reward, the best restaurants and other eateries that are demonstrating both excellent examples of cooking and serving of Fish and Shellfish, and evidence of Fish and Shellfish Knowledge.
The competition judges are looking for clear evidence of the responsible sourcing of sustainable raw ingredients, successful Fish and Shellfish promotion on menus, excellent levels of product knowledge both front and back of house, and examples of how customers are encouraged to eat Fish and Shellfish.
Who can Enter?
The Seafish Restaurant of the Year 2018 is open to all bona fide restaurants, pubs, cafe's etc in the UK excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man who serve Fish & Shellfish.
How to Enter
Entries for the competition and now open, entries close 7th July 2018.
All entrants must complete an entry form and submit the form to Seafish along with photographs of the business entered and supporting written documentation (see entry form) by the 7th July.
