OVEN COOK: Preheat oven to 190°C/375°F. Place Big Al’s Breaded Chicken Fillets on a non-stick baking tray. Cook in the centre of the oven for 20-22 mins. Remove from oven and serve. Cook to a core temperature of 75°C.
DEEP FRY: Preheat oil to 180°C/360°F. Carefully place Big Al’s Breaded Chicken Fillets into the preheated oil and cook for 6½ mins – 7½ mins. Cook to a core temperature of 75°C.
