These ribs are cooked low and slow to keep the meat juicy and tender, drawing out their incredible taste. A sweet and smoky BBQ sauce is added to further intensify the flavour. This rack of pork ribs not only looks the part, it tastes delicious too.

Defrost Instructions: Defrost in a refrigerator overnight and keep refrigerated until use. Use within 3 days of defrost. Once opened, use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.

Cook from defrost only. Appliances may vary, the following are guidelines only. Adjust times to suit your appliance.
OVEN COOK: Remove all packaging and separate the rib racks prior to cooking. Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Place on a tray and cover with aluminium foil. Cook for 18 minutes. Remove foil and cook for a further 4-6 minutes.
