Classic Donner Kebab 10lb

Code: 819030

A classic doner seasoned and formed into a traditional kebab cone shape.

This raw meat product should be roasted on a kebab spit until the serving slices are piping hot and the meat juices run clear with no raw pink bits remaining.

Unwrap and place onto skewer of kebab machine from frozen (always place on from frozen).

Always turn on rotation motor before lighting up machine.

Cook on a high heat for approximately 20/30 minutes after which time the manufacturer recommends that the first layer is skimmed off and disposed of as it is usually quite tough.

Continue to cook on a medium heat for approximately 20 minutes after which time the kebab will be ready to serve.

Continue to cook and serve one layer at a time until the kebab has been fully used. Each layer can be cooked and served at a speed that best suits your needs. Simply keep the heat on at a high or low heat level setting as required.

All appliances vary. These are guidelines only. Always ensure the kebab is piping hot before serving.

Along the top of each page of the price list you will see the case rates above the prices,

i.e. 20, 40 and 60.

You do not have to buy 20 cases of the same product to get the 20 case rate. You can mix and match.

For example, if you buy:
16 boxes of Q Silver
1 bag of Batter Flour
1 bag of Curry Mix
1 pack of Corrugated Fish & Chip Boxes
1 box of 42nd Street Classic Sausages

You will be charged at the 20 case rate for ALL of these products.

The same principle applies for the 40 and 60 case rates; buy a mixture of 40 products or 60 products and you will be charged at the 40 or 60 case rate.

Please note that our standard list price will apply if you order 19 or fewer cases of the same or mixed products.
