What’s Cooking 2022 is the return of Henry Colbecks annual fish and chips exhibition for fish and chip shops, takeaways, fast food outlets, caterers, hospitality and more. It’s going to be batter than ever, read on to find out more, including where, what and, how to attend.

Fish and Chips Exhibitions don’t get much bigger than this, we’re expecting over 80 exhibitors at The Royal Highland Centre, Edinburgh to showcase their products and services to our Customers and the Fish & Chip, Fast Food & Food To Go Industry.

Attendees will be treated to a vast range of product sampling, deals, entertainment, demonstrations, and advice from manufacturers, service providers and key industry experts, as well as it being a great opportunity for networking and support. It’s going to be fantastic to get together again!

Who’s it for?

What’s Cooking? is a perfect fish and chips exhibition but it’s not only for Fish & Chip Outlets, but also Italian, Chinese & Indian and Italian takeaways and restaurants and numerous other catering and hospitality businesses. Anyone interested in products that include frying oils and fats, frozen at sea fish, a world of frozen foods, batter flours, pizza products, packaging, equipment and cleaning materials will find the show extremely beneficial.

Manufacturers and suppliers of packaging, oils & fats, frozen at sea fish, equipment, frying ranges and frozen foods ( and more ) will be flocking in from across the UK and Europe to attend the Edinburgh trade show.

The fish and chips exhibition has always been very well attended by our Customers from both Scotland and England the event also attracts great interest from potential new Customers and Suppliers and we expect the same again in 2022, with many people eager to get back out and do business and meet face to face again.
