The Self-Declarations for deliveries of Used Cooking Oil (UCO) available for download on this page constitute a valid and binding component of the supply agreement between Henry Colbeck Ltd and its Points of Origin.
Where the Self-Declaration is annexed to the signed contract, it is deemed accepted from the effective date.
Where incorporated via these Terms & Conditions, acceptance is confirmed unless the Point of Origin submits a written objection to Henry Colbeck Ltd within fourteen (14) days of receipt of this document. Failure to object shall constitute full agreement.
