National Fish & Chip Awards - The Winners
This years National Fish & Chip Awards once again where the plaice to be and proved why Fish & Chips are still the nations most favoured dish.
An event to celebrate this delicacy, the National Fish & Chip Awards reward all those who work tirelessly all year round to provide the public with this traditional meal.
The event also rewards staff development, innovation, sustainability and quality.
Attendees were treated to a three course meal prepared by Head Chef John Robinson which consisted of Pan Fried Scallops in a Champagne Sauce for starters, Roasted Cod served with Pumpkin Ravioli for the main followed by Almond Praline with Chocolate Gateaux for dessert.
The event was hosted by Mark Sargeant and sponsored by our industry's top suppliers and partners.
